The cost of the services will be agreed upon between Eighteen Pixels and the client. Payment terms, including any upfront fees, milestones, or recurring payments, will be specified in the project agreement or invoice. Payments should be made in the agreed currency and within the specified timeframe.
Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in the delivery of services or suspension of the project. Eighteen Pixels reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments and take appropriate legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the project. Confidential information includes but is not limited to project details, trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data. This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect even after the termination or completion of the project.
The services provided by Eighteen Pixels are offered on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your expectations. You acknowledge that any reliance on our services is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eighteen Pixels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, including any damages resulting from the loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the project or services provided by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding payments and obligations must be fulfilled, and any intellectual property rights shall be handled as per the agreement between the parties.
Either party may terminate the project immediately if the other party breaches any material terms of these Terms or the project agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable timeframe.
